About Alinea60
Alinea60 is a product operated by Blossomidea (UEN 53505228J), trading as Alinea60. It is a private workspace for understanding your fit for a role and practising what matters most before an interview.
The problem
A CV shows only part of your story. It lists where you have been, but not how clearly you think, how you handle the hard questions a role will actually ask, or where you are strongest and where you still need work. Alinea60 exists to surface that other part — the part a CV cannot show — and to help you prepare deliberately.
What Alinea60 does today
You add an opportunity by pasting a job description, and optionally select a CV. Then:
- Alinea60 derives the role signals the role is likely to test — the practiceable judgements and capabilities that matter for that job — from the job description alone.
- If you add a CV, you receive a simple, qualitative CV-to-job fit assessment (one of four labels) and the three signals most worth practising.
- You practise one signal at a time and receive grounded coaching — how it went, what came through, what to sharpen, and potential learning.
What Alinea60 avoids
Alinea60 does not produce a match percentage, a hiring probability, a score, or an apply-or-don’t-apply recommendation. The fit label describes how a CV lines up with a job description; it is not proof that you can perform the role. Practice coaching describes one answer, not your overall fitness for the role.
AI assists; you decide
Alinea60 uses AI to help analyse a job description, suggest role signals, and coach practice. AI can be wrong, and its outputs require your judgement. Treat its assessments and coaching as input to your own thinking, not as a verdict.
Private by default
Your CVs, job descriptions, recordings, transcripts, assessments, and inferred professional information are private to your account. Nothing identifiable is shared with an employer unless you clearly choose to share it. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Where this is heading
Our long-term direction may include private opportunity discovery — helping you see roles that may fit without becoming visible to an employer. Any future sharing of your information with an employer would be a separate, explicit choice you control, shown with the recipient, the purpose, and the exact fields before anything is sent.
